Terms & Conditions for Nepal Tour/Trek


All tours are open for early booking; Sarita Holidays suggests that each agent/traveler should book tour before arrival. Each agent/traveler is required to pay some portion of amount in advance to confirm the trip which can fix during correspondance. Agent/ traveler may make reservation by email or Fax when we both accept the programs and its cost.


If you wish to change your original arrangement to another date, please inform us in writing no later than 30 days prior to the commencement of original trip. We will inform you whether it will possible or not. We will not responsible caused by delayed flights, weather or any other factors beyond our control.


The prices quoted by Sarita Holidays for tours include, unless otherwise indicated: transportation, hotel and its standard stated during our communication, and meals as stated in respected programs. Price dose not includes: expenses of a personal nature such as laundry charge, international telephone call, Nepal visa fees, end-of-trip gratuity for the tour guides/porter/driver etc, . All prices are subject to change without prior notice, some times price may increase/decrease due to exchange rates,hotel's policy. Sarita Holidays reserves the right to re-invoice you in case of verbal or written errors made in computing your tour price.


Hotel Check in - Check out time 12 noon. Extended check in - check out time may be granted subject to availability and agreement by the participating hotels.

Cancellation and Refund policy

After paying the booking deposit, incase you cancel the tour no matter how many days before, you will have to pay 10 % cancellation charge. And if you cancel the tour before 30 day prior to your departure date then you will loose another 10 % ( in total 10+10= 20 %) or Usd 100 which ever is higher per person. Between 30 to 7 days cancellation charge is 30 %. Between 7 to 48 hour it is 40 %. Before 24 hour it is 50 %. Whereas, after you enter Nepal either by overland or flight and then due to your personal problems such as sickness, injuries, accidents, altitude sickness and other reasons which is beyond our control, the tour has to be cancelled, then there will be limited refund but we try to make it maximum

Travel Document

Traveler must carry a valid travel document i.e. Passport, visa, Re-Entry Permit etc. Sarita Holidays is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items and also will not be responsible for any liability due to travel document.

Travel Insurance

Sarita Holidays request you all who book tour with us to take appropriate insurance policy . It is suggested that you take travel insurance from your home country that adequately covers for medical, emergency rescue expenses, trip cancellations or any other eventual mishaps. We are always ready to help in the emergency situation such as rescue.

Payment & Its Mode

We accept visa and master card payment with additional 3 % service charge. Write us for the payment procedure. Bank transfer will be best way to pay us. We will fix advance amount at the time of booking and rest should reach us on day first.

20% payment of the total tour cost and all air ticket amounts should be wired into our bank account through Bank Telex Transfer at the time of confirmation. We accept visa and master card payment also with 3 % extra. For credit card payment procedure please ask us. Please remember to FAX us a copy of the telex transfer receipt which your bank will hand over to you after you have wired the booking deposit. The telex transfer copy will act as a proof and also make it easy for us to claim the booking deposit from our Bank here at Kathmandu. However, upon your arrival in Kathmandu the remaining balance payment can be made either in Cash, Traveller's Cheque or on a Visa Card or Master Card at our Office.


Sarita Holidays will make its best efforts to match single travelers with suitable roommates. If this is not possible, the single supplement has to be charged.You can ask single supplement charge during correspondance.

Validity & Rates

All rates are current and are subject to change with or without prior notice. All rates are quoted in U S dollars unless specifically indicated.

Child rates

Child prices apply to children between the ages of 2 and 12 or any such ages as may be specified by the respective airlines/hotel/resort. Child fares are subject to change at the discretion of the respective airlines/hotel/resort. We will give child discount upon request.


Sarita Holidays as a tour operator, acts only as an agent. We reserve the right to substitute hotels, and alter itinerary, withdraw any tour and make any desirable alteration for the convenience of the operation of the tour. Sarita Holidays reserves the right to cancel the tour prior to departure for any reason. By accepting tour policy, agent/ traveler should agree that Sarita Holidays shall hold no Responsibilities in itinerary alterations, delays or cancellation strikes, sickness, theft, loss, accidents, weather or any other causes. Sarita Holidays reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any tour member at any reason before or during the tour. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please write/call the office to verify current prices. All itineraries subject to change without notice. Traveler must be self-reliant, a friend or relative must accompany those who require assistance. We are not able to provide individual assistance for any traveler. Traveler should inform the escort or hotel reception if they are to use the hotel swimming pool. All children and elderly should be at all times accompanied by their parents while using the pool and or during the tour. If there is No lifeguard on premise, traveler will be liable for swimming at your own risk.
